  • 200 gr basmati rice rinsed
  • 500 ml fish or vegetable stock
  • 1 stick Cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 12 threats Saffron

  • 200 gr basmati rice rinsed

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
  1. Saute the saffron threats in the olive oil.
  2. Add the rice and stir until it has a pearl like color.
  3. Add the fish or chicken stock and the cinnamon stick and cook at medium-low heat until the rice is soft and ready.
